Ticket Box-Office

The RITZ Ybor Box-Office is open from 12pm to 5pm on the day of shows. Cash is the preferred method of payment at the Box-Office, and an ATM is available at The RITZ Ybor. Major credit cards are accepted with a $5.00 transaction fee for all credit card transactions.

Ticket purchases are available to be taken over the phone during Box-Office hours with all credit fees (above) applying.

All sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged, so please make sure all questions are asked before leaving the Box Office window. For questions on all shows, please leave a message with the Ticket Box-Office at (813) 248-9210 or send an e-mail to Tickets@theritzybor.com.

Purchasing Advanced Tickets

The RITZ Ybor strongly suggests purchasing tickets in advance to avoid any sell outs. On-sale dates vary for every show so please join The RITZ Ybor mailing list to receive advanced notice on all upcoming shows and events.

Please note that General Admission shows are Standing Room only and on a first-come, first-serve basis despite a seat number listed on a ticket.

Purchasing Advanced Tickets Day of Show

Any remaining and available tickets will be available to purchase at least 60 minutes prior at The RITZ Ybor Box Office. All sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged, so please make sure all questions are asked before leaving the Box Office window. Will Call

During the day of an event, the Will Call window opens approximately 60 minutes prior to each show. Be sure to bring photo ID, the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets and your order confirmation number.

Will Call lists are NOT available from The RITZ Ybor until when the Will Call window opens before a show. Please contact your point of purchase for all questions regarding Will Call lists and confirmation.

Resfunds

All sales are final on all tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges unless otherwise noted.

Venue Concert Policies

No re-entry (unless otherwise noted)
No backpacks, oversized bags or oversized purses. Bags must be within 8.5"x11".
No cameras with detachable lenses. Only point-and-shoot or compact cameras are allowed.
No audio or video recording devices
No markers or paint
No outside food or drinks
No weapons or pepperspray
No drugs
Smoking allowed only in the Royal Room (unless otherwise noted)
